Shane Toner

Shane Toner joined Bright Star’s parent company, Galvanic Energy, in 2023 to oversee and execute various aspects of the company’s land operations focused on lithium exploration and development from reservoir brines. 

Shane developed his land expertise while working in oil and gas exploration as a landman for EOG Resources, Inc (EOG). During his time at EOG, Shane was a part of several multi-disciplinary teams focused on the exploration, development and production of oil and gas. He oversaw the land responsibilities for over 95,000 acres of EOG’s position in the Eagle Ford Shale in South Texas.

Shane is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma Price College of Business with a degree in energy management. He is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and the Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landmen (OCAPL).
